Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) shares were down more than 25% after the company said it placed two of its employees on administrative leave and terminated a contractor, effective immediately, after US prosecutors indicted all three individuals over allegedly conspiring to commit export-control violations.
Box (BOX) stock was up nearly 2% after the company said its board has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $500 million of its Class A stock through Sept. 30, 2027.
GigaCloud Technology ( GCT ) shares were 0.2% higher after the company said it launched a marketplace initiative with European e-commerce and retail firm Otto Group that will bring select sellers, including furniture brands, to Otto's selling platform.
