i3 Verticals ( IIIV ) rose past 18% after saying it agreed to sell its merchant of record payments business and associated proprietary technology to Payroc for $440 million in an all-cash deal.
Nokia ( NOK ) was up over 2% after saying it agreed to a put option to sell its submarine networks business Alcatel Submarine Networks to the French state for about 350 million euros ($374.3 million).
Infosys ( INFY ) Chief Executive Salil Parekh has agreed to pay 2.5 million rupees ($30,000) to settle charges brought by the Securities and Exchange Board of India for failing to implement adequate internal controls to prevent insider trading during a 2020 contract, India's market regulator said. Infosys ( INFY ) was up nearly 2% pre-bell.
