CoreWeave ( CRWV ) shares were up more than 2% after the company said it has signed an agreement with Meta Platforms ( META ) to provide artificial intelligence cloud capacity through December 2032 for about $21 billion.

BlackBerry (BB) stock was up more than 6% after the company reported higher fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Commerce.com ( CMRC ) said its board rejected a revised unsolicited takeover proposal from Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) , as it "significantly undervalues" the company and is not in shareholders' interest. Rezolve AI ( RZLV ) shares were down more than 1% pre-bell.
