The Philadelphia Semiconductor index was up 0.1%.
In corporate news, Logitech ( LOGI ) founder Daniel Borel wants to replace Chair Wendy Becker and has proposed Guy Gecht as the replacement, Bloomberg reported, citing a letter sent by Borel to Logitech ( LOGI ). The company's shares declined 0.5%.
Complete Solaria ( CSLR ) shares surged 32% after the company said it had cancelled $67.6 million in debt from its balance sheet and was released by Carlyle (CG) and Kline Hill Partners from obligations related to that debt.
Meta Platforms' ( META ) advertising model is in breach of the European Commission's new digital competition law, according to the regulator's preliminary view. Meta shares were up 0.2%.
