The Philadelphia Semiconductor index added 0.1%.

In corporate news, Apple's ( AAPL ) TV+ streaming video service is set to be made available to Android phone users, Bloomberg reported. Apple ( AAPL ) shares rose 1.7%.

Atomera ( ATOM ) shares fell 40%, a day after the company reported a decline in Q4 revenue.

Confluent (CFLT) shares jumped 24% after several analysts raised their price targets on the stock following the company's Q4 results that beat expectations.

OneStream ( OS ) shares slumped 20% after JPMorgan downgraded the stock to neutral from overweight and cut its price target to $26 from $30, a day after the company issued downbeat Q1 guidance.
