Apple ( AAPL ) is raising the subscription price for Apple TV+ by 30% for US customers to $12.99 per month, according to media reports. Apple ( AAPL ) shares were down 0.6%.

Dayforce ( DAY ) is set to be acquired by software investment firm Thoma Bravo in a deal that gives the workforce management company an enterprise value of $12.3 billion and will see it taken private. Dayforce ( DAY ) shares rose 2.3%.
