Wipro ( WIT ) agreed to acquire Olam Group's IT and digital services business Mindsprint for $375 million in cash, Olam said. Shares of Wipro ( WIT ) were up more than 2% premarket.

Playtika Holding ( PLTK ) stock was up more than 7% after the company said it is undertaking a review and evaluation of strategic alternatives across its portfolio in a bid to "enhance" shareholder value.

A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions ( AZ ) and Global Retail signed a five-year agreement of about $50 million to deploy 4,000 smart carts in Carrefour Israel stores, coupled with data, retail media, and digital services collaboration. Shares of A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions ( AZ ) were up more than 2% pre-bell.
