09:08 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were mixed pre-bell Wednesday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.3% and the iShares Expanded Tech Sector ETF ( IGM ) 0.5% higher recently.

Verint Systems ( VRNT ) is in discussions to be acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of Verint Systems ( VRNT ) were up more than 9% premarket.

Rekor Systems ( REKR ) shares were up more than 3% after the company said it has extended its $1.4 million, five-year Rekor Command contract with the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority.

Corsair Gaming ( CRSR ) shares were up more than 1% after the company said it has refinanced its existing loan facility with a new $100 million revolving credit facility and a $125 million term loan facility from Bank of America ( BAC ) .
