Intel ( INTC ) shares were more than 8% lower after the company reported that it swung to a loss in Q2 and outlined a plan to cut its workforce by 15% by the end of this year.

Pony AI (PONY) stock was up more than 1% after the company said it began operating its robotaxis in the Chinese cities of Guangzhou and Shenzhen around-the-clock, expanding from its previous 15-hour daily schedule.

Sony ( SONY ) will acquire a 2.5% stake in Bandai Namco for about 68 billion Japanese yen ($463 million) as they signed a strategic business alliance agreement, the companies said. Sony ( SONY ) shares were down 1% pre-bell.
