Agora (API) shares rose past 4% after the company said its senior management team voluntarily entered into a lock-up period for company shares owned by them and entities they control.

FiscalNote ( NOTE ) shares advanced by over 10% after the company said it secured a series of customer agreements from three branches of the United States federal government, including new wins, renewals, and contract expansions.

Lightspeed Commerce ( LSPD ) shares were over 2% lower after the company said it is undergoing a reorganization that will result in laying off approximately 200 employees.
