09:08 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were mixed premarket Monday, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.4% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) 1.9% higher recently.

Ingram Micro ( INGM ) said it found ransomware on parts of its internal systems and responded by taking some of them offline. Shares of the company fell more than 4% pre-bell.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) plans to acquire Core Scientific ( CORZ ) in an all-stock transaction valued at $9 billion, the companies said. Shares of the company declined more than 5% premarket.

Allot (ALLT) shares were up more than 8% after the company said it signed a contract worth tens of millions of dollars to supply an integrated network intelligence and cybersecurity services to a tier-1 telecommunications operator in the EMEA region.
