09:10 AM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were mixed premarket Thursday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up slightly and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) 0.8% lower recently.

Oracle (ORCL) shares were up nearly 9% after the company reported higher fiscal Q4 non-GAAP net income and revenue and raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook.

Karooooo ( KARO ) shares were more than 15% lower after the company said a secondary public offering of 1.5 million ordinary shares held by Chief Executive Isaias Jose Calisto has been priced at $50 per share, for gross proceeds of around $75 million.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) has won a key role in Alphabet unit Google's ( GOOG ) new cloud partnership with Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) OpenAI, Reuters reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. CoreWeave ( CRWV ) shares were up more than 2% pre-bell.
