ScanSource ( SCSC ) stock was up nearly 6% after the company posted higher fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings and net sales.

Dayforce ( DAY ) shares were up more than 1% after the company said it has agreed to be taken private by software investment firm Thoma Bravo in an all-cash deal valued at $12.3 billion.

Canadian Solar ( CSIQ ) stock was down nearly 16% after the company reported its Q2 swung to an adjusted loss. The company also lowered its 2025 revenue outlook.
