Yext ( YEXT ) shares were down more than 15% after the company overnight reported lower fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.

Ambarella ( AMBA ) stock was up over 2% after the company announced a strategic cooperation deal with Leapmotor to create an intelligent driving experience for the new global energy vehicle market.

Spotify Technology ( SPOT ) will unveil a new plan later this year that would charge at least $5 more per month for access to better audio and new tools for creating playlists and managing song libraries, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the plan. Spotify Technology ( SPOT ) was up more than 1% pre-bell.
