Oracle (ORCL) shares were down 7.1% pre-bell Tuesday after the company reported late Monday fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings and revenue that trailed analyst expectations.

Micron Technology (MU) received a $6.1 billion investment under the CHIPS and Science Act to fund the construction of memory chip facilities in Clay, New York, and Boise, Idaho, Vice President Kamala Harris said in a statement Tuesday. Micron shares were up 2.5%.

Riot Platforms ( RIOT ) said Tuesday it has priced a private offering of $525 million worth of 0.75% convertible senior notes due 2030. The company's shares were up 1.8%.
