09:13 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were mixed premarket Tuesday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down marginally and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) 1.7% higher recently.

Clarivate ( CLVT ) said it has renewed a multi-year partnership with the Canadian Research Knowledge Network, a network of Canadian libraries and research institutions. Shares of Clarivate ( CLVT ) were more than 3.6% lower pre-bell.

Parsons (PSN) said it has been selected by the city of Austin as one of the seven consultants to offer program management services in support of the Rolling Capital Improvement Program and the Journey With AUS, an expansion and development program for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, Texas. Parsons shares were down 1.3% premarket.

CACI International ( CACI ) said it closed a $1 billion offering of 6.375% unsecured senior notes due 2033. Shares of CACI International ( CACI ) were 2.1% higher pre-bell.
