SolarEdge Technologies ( SEDG ) was 1% lower after it priced its private offering of $300 million of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2029.

Logitech International's ( LOGI ) Ultimate Ears brand said it has launched EVERBOOM, a durable, portable speaker. Logitech International ( LOGI ) was down more than 1% pre-bell.

Progress Software ( PRGS ) fell past 1% after it reported a fiscal Q2 revenue of $175.1 million, down from $178.3 million a year earlier.
