DouYu International Holdings ( DOYU ) rose past 33% after it declared a special dividend of $9.76 per American depositary share, payable on Aug. 30 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 21.

Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) has agreed to acquire Desktop Metal ( DM ) , in an all-cash deal for between $135 million and $183 million, the companies said. Desktop Metal ( DM ) advanced by over 8% premarket.

Enphase Energy ( ENPH ) was up more than 1% after saying it is launching the IQ Battery 5P in France.
