09:03 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were mixed premarket Wednesday, with The Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.2% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) 0.9% higher.

Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) shares were down more than 23% pre-bell Wednesday after the company reported Q4 earnings and sales that beat analyst expectations but the forecast for fiscal 2025 lagged estimates.

Flex (FLEX) shares rose 6.2% after it reported higher fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Corning (GLW) shares were up 5.9% after it reported higher Q4 core earnings and net sales.
