Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) stock was up more than 10% after the company said it is collaborating with Taiwanese authorities to prevent illicit diversion of its servers into the restricted Chinese market.

Asana (ASAN) acquired StackAI, a no-code platform that helps enterprises create AI agents and automate workflows across business systems, the company said. Asana shares were up more than 7% premarket.
