Nvidia ( NVDA ) shares were up nearly 3% after the company said it will invest $5 billion in Intel's ( INTC ) common stock at $23.28 per share, as part of a collaboration to develop custom data center and personal computing products. Shares of Intel ( INTC ) were up more than 31% premarket.

Bullish (BLSH) stock was up nearly 8% after the company reported that it swung to Q2 earnings.

Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) is pledging to invest $1.5 billion pounds ($2.05B) in the UK by 2030 while receiving a deal with the UK Ministry of Defence to expand the use of its AI software, Bloomberg reported, citing a source familiar with the matter. Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) shares were 1% higher premarket.
