ASML Holding ( ASML ) stock was up nearly 5% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 earnings and net sales.

Grindr ( GRND ) shares were up more than 3% after the company said its board received a letter from "large" shareholders, director Ray Zage and Chair James Lu, expressing interest in exploring the possibility of fully acquiring the company in a go-private deal.

Intel ( INTC ) will launch "Crescent Island," a data-center AI GPU designed for energy-efficient inference workloads next year, Intel ( INTC ) chief technology officer Sachin Katti said at the Open Compute Summit. Shares of Intel ( INTC ) were up nearly 2% premarket.
