Intel ( INTC ) stock was up more than 5% after the company said it swung to Q3 adjusted earnings as revenue increased during the period.

GigaCloud Technology ( GCT ) shares were up more than 2% after the company said it has entered into a binding term sheet to fully acquire furniture distributor New Classic Home Furnishing for $18 million.

Alphabet-owned (GOOG, GOOGL) YouTube ( GOOG ) said its YouTube TV service may drop Disney ( DIS ) channels as soon as Oct. 30 if negotiations fail. Alphabet shares were up more than 1% pre-bell.
