Social Buzz: Wallstreetbets Stocks Mostly Lower Premarket Friday; Tesla, Advanced Micro to Decline, DTE Energy to Advance

06:48 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The most-talked-about stocks in the Reddit subforum Wallstreetbets were mostly lower hours before Friday's opening bell.

Tesla (TSLA) stock was down 5.2% in premarket hours, after closing Thursday with a 0.9% decline.

Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ) stock was 1.9% lower hours before market open, adding to the 2.1% fall at Thursday's close.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) stock lost 2.3% in pre-bell activity, swinging from a 1.4% gain at the prior session's close.

Micron Technology ( MU ) shares were down 2.6% in pre-bell activity, extending losses from the more than 16% decline in the previous session.

MicroStrategy ( MSTR ) stock retreated 5.6% in pre-bell hours, following a 6.6% decline at Thursday's close.

Nike ( NKE ) stock was 4.4% lower premarket, reversing a 0.3% gain from the previous session.

Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) shares were down more than 11% in pre-bell hours, adding to the more than 41% loss at the previous day's close.

Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) shares were down 3.8% pre-bell, reversing the 3.8% gain at Thursday's close.

Bucking the trend, DTE Energy ( DTE ) shares were up 0.8% premarket, extending the 0.5% gains from the previous session.
