SP Tulsian extremely positive on UPL after acquisition of Arysta LifeScience
Sep 3, 2018 7:10 AM

SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com is extremely positive on United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL) after it acquired Arysta LifeScience for $4.2 billion cash deal.

After the acquisition of Arysta LifeScience, UPL will be one of the world's largest global crop protection companies.

According to Tulsian, July and August is always the lean month for the tractor sales. But in September, October and November, companies see good tractor sales ahead of the Rabi season.

Talking on Mahindra and Mahindra sales, Tulsian said, "I am not disappointed with the tractor sales and in fact, as you have rightly said commercial vehicle (CV) sales numbers have seen to quite good. Passenger vehicles (PV) have been seen flattish with maybe a nominal growth of about 3-4 percent. But overall, the numbers are seeing to be quite good from M&M on the auto front as well as on the tractor front."

Tulsian said he is positive on Dr Reddy's Laboratories for next couple of weeks, but won’t be initiating a buy call now at the current level in the stock.
