Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on April 1

April 1 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be

affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

for their accuracy:

BBVA

BBVA said on Tuesday it reduced its share capital by 36.7

million euros ($42.4 million) via cancellation of 75 million

shares.

CAIXABANK

Spain's High Court has annulled Caixabank's multi-currency

mortgages on the grounds that they constitute an unfair and

non-transparent product, as the bank failed to adequately inform

customers of the risks they were taking on, newspaper El Pais

reported on Wednesday.

ACS

ACS said on Tuesday it will propose a capital increase of up

to 670 million euros.

PROSEGUR, PROSEGUR CASH

Prosegur and Prosegur Cash said on Tuesday that the former

bought 100% of shares of VN Global BPO and VN Global Paraguay

from the latter for 18.2 million euros.

CIRSA

Barclays ( BCS ), Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley ( MS ) on Wednesday closed

a placement of 4.2% of Cirsa for 12.75 euros per share on behalf

of Blackstone.

GLOBAL DOMINION

Global Dominion said on Tuesday it will propose a dividend

of 0.052931 euros per share to be paid on July 9.

DURO FELGUERA

Duro Felguera reported on Tuesday a full-year net loss of 71

million euros for 2025.
