June 5 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

INDITEX
Zara owner Inditex's sales rose 7% in the first
quarter of its fiscal year, it said on Wednesday, in line with
analysts' expectations.
BBVA
Spain's BBVA asked the European Central Bank on
Tuesday to authorize its more than 12 billion euro ($13.05
billion) hostile bid for Sabadell, a source close to
BBVA said.
Separately, BBVA said on Tuesday it issued contingent
convertible bond worth 750 million euros.
GRIFOLS
Grifols said on Tuesday it closed a private placement of
additional 7.5% notes due 2030.
OHLA
OHLA has reached an agreement for the sale of a 25% stake in
the University of Montreal Hospital Centre to the U.S. private
equity fund KKR for 55 million euros, Spanish economic
newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday.
