June 6 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be

affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

IBERDROLA, ENDESA, NATURGY

The three Spanish energy companies plan to hold a meeting on

June 20 to approve investments that would allow extending the

Almaraz nuclear power plant in southwest Spain for three more

years beyond its current planned closure in 2027 and 2028,

Spanish newspapers El Economista and El Pais reported on Friday.

GRIFOLS

The Spanish pharmaceutical company approved to restart

handing dividends to its shareholders during its shareholder

meeting held on Thursday, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported

on Thursday.

ACS

The American city of Dallas selected Trinity Alliance, a

joint-venture led by ACS' Turner subsidiary and AECOM Hunt, as

the construction manager to expand the Kay Bailey Hutchison

convention centre, Turner said on Thursday.

ACS, FERROVIAL

The U.S. administration has proposed withdrawing 4 billion

dollars of federal funding from the California high-speed train

project, in which Spanish construction firms ACS and Ferrovial

participate, Spanish newspaper CincoDias reported on Thursday.
