Nov 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be

affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

IBERDROLA

Iberdrola will increase investments in the Basque Country by

50% in the 2025-2028 period, the company said on Thursday.

FERROVIAL

Ferrovial placed on Thursday 400 million euro ($466.48

million) convertible bonds.

ACS

ACS said on Thursday it booked a 655 million euro net profit

in the January-September period.

Separately, the company said on Friday it had agreed with

Blackrock's GIP to establish a joint venture for data centres.

REPSOL

Repsol is considering a reverse merger of its upstream unit

with potential partners, including U.S. energy producer APA

, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing people with

knowledge of the matter.

ACCIONA

Acciona said on Thursday its total production for the

January-September period increased 2.3% year-on-year to 20,213

GWh.

ACCIONA ENERGIA

Acciona Energia said on Thursday its total installed

capacity stood at 15,159 MW at the end of September.

MERLIN PROPERTIES

Merlin Properties said on Friday it booked a 583.1 million

euro net profit in the January-September period.

INMOBILIARIA COLONIAL

Inmobiliaria Colonial posted on Thursday a 293.7 million

euro third-quarter net profit.
