JST Investments advises investors to be remain 'cautious' on Mindspace REIT IPO

Aditya Kondawar, founder of JST Investments feels that the biggest tailwind for the REIT sector is India’s services space, which continues to be the key driver of India’s growth, and also represented 54.3% of India’s gross value added (“GVA”) during the fiscal year 2019.
