Market Update | Nifty Pharma gains 1.5%

The Nifty Pharma index is trading 204.3 points or 1.6 percent higher. Lupin, Biocon and Aurobindo Pharma, up 3.4 to 6.1 percent, are the top index gainers. On the other hand, Glaxo, Natco Pharma and Gland Pharma are the trading 4.4 to 9.5 percent lower.

Share Market Update | March Credit Card Spend Second Highest Since Diwali

- Credit card spends grew by 28.2 percent year-on-year and 15.7 percent month-on-month to more than Rs 1,35,000 crore in the month of March.

- Monthly spends are the highest ever for the credit card sector, credit card issuances also have remained healthy.

- Credit card issuance grew by 2.32 percent month-on-month and by 15.9 percent year-on-year, while card issuance growth is the best in 9 months.
