Suzlon: Shares of wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon Energy Ltd. will be in focus on Monday after REC Ltd. withdrew its nominee Ajay Mathur from the board of Suzlon. In an exchange filing, Suzlon said that Mathur has been withdrawn from the board since the financial resistance granted by the REC-led consortium in terms of the rupee term loan agreement in April 2022 has been paid in full.

ICICI Lombard : ICICI Lombard Board approves appointment of Sanjeev Mantri as MD & CEO effective December 1 for 5 years. Mantri is presently Executive Director of the company.

Strides Pharma: Strides Pharma arm gets US FDA nod for Icosapent Ethyl Capsules, used to reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes

SJVN:SJVN's OFS for retail investors received healthy demand. Secretary, DIPAM on Friday said that the OFS for retail investors saw 2.4 times the demand compared to the shares on offer. In its board meet on Saturday, the company also decided to monetise the partial earnings of the Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station through securitisation of its future Return on Equity (RoE).

Delta Corp:Gets GST demand worth nearly Rs 17,000 crore from Directorate General of GST Intelligence, of which, Rs 11,844 crore pertains to the company and the rest of the amount pertains to three of its subsidiaries.

LIC: The state-run life insurer has got a GST demand notice worth Rs 290.50 crore with interest and penalty.

Blue Star: The firm has raised Rs 1,000 crore via QIP. Norges Bank, ADIA among those allotted shares.

Bajaj Finance: The company will hold board meeting on October 5 to consider fund raising via QIP and other methods.

Larsen & Toubro: The firm's Rs 10,000 crore share buyback closes on September 25.
