Notably, HPCL achieved its highest-ever half-yearly consolidated profit after tax (PAT) of ₹12,592 crore, a significant turnaround from a consolidated net loss of ₹11,033 crore in the same period the previous year.

India Pesticides | India Pesticides has released its second-quarter earnings report, which reflects a decline in both net profit and revenue. Net profit for the quarter was ₹19.5 crore, down by 47.6% from ₹37.2 crore in the same period the previous year. The company's revenue for Q2 dropped by 19.4%, to ₹202 crore, from ₹250.7 crore in the same quarter last year.

DCW Limited | DCW Limited has signed Power Purchase Agreements with Kaze Renewables Private Limited (SPV/Power Producer) to establish two Renewable Power Plants in Tamil Nadu with a combined captive capacity of 44.5 MWp under the Captive Power Scheme. Nykaa | FSN E-Commerce Ventures, parent of cosmetics-to-fashion retailer Nykaa reported its slowest quarterly revenue growth since listing, hurt by stiff competition in its mainstay beauty and personal care (BPC) segment. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 22.4% to 15.07 billion rupees ($181.17 million) in July-September, its slowest year-on-year percentage growth since the company went public in November 2021. Revenue growth was also muted due to a delay in the festive season.
