Reliance Industries | Chairman Mukesh Ambani led conglomerate is due to report its earnings for the July to September quarter later in the day.

Colgate-Palmolive | The FMCG major reported a 22.31% increase in net profit at ₹ 340.05 crore for the second quarter ended on September 30, driven by pricing and efficiency Its sales were up 6.09%to ₹1,462.38 crore during the quarter under review, as against ₹1,378.37 crore of the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Indian Bank | The public sector lender reported a 62.3% year-on-year jump in net profit at ₹1,987.8 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023. Net interest income (NII) of the lender grew 22.5% year-on-year to ₹5,740.3 crore against ₹4,684 crore in the same period previous fiscal.

Vodafone Idea | The debt-ridden telecom operator reported a net loss of ₹8,737.9 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023. In the quarter, the total revenue stood at ₹10,716.3 crore, up 1% from ₹10,614.6 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

NLC India | The state-owned firm reported a 163.83% year-on-year jump in net profit at ₹1,084.7 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023. In the quarter, total revenue stood at ₹2,988.5 crore during the period under review, declining 14.7% against ₹3,489.3 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

Oberoi Realty | Mumbai-based real estate company completed the divestment of its 31.67% shareholding in the joint venture, Sangam City Township Private Ltd, for ₹3.6 crore. The joint venture in which ORL held its stake comprised 9,500 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each.

Novartis | The drug firm said the company is currently facing a shortage of one of its product 'Simulect 20 mg' in India. "This is to inform you that Novartis India Ltd is currently facing a shortage of one of its product 'Simulect 20 mg'. However, the company is putting its best efforts to mitigate the supply issue on a sustainable basis, according to a stock exchange filing.
