Additionally, Singapore-based Resurgent Power Ventures Pte Ltd, held 26 percent by the company through its subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of South East UP Power Transmission Company Ltd. SEUPPTCL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Resurgent Power.
