Strong Nvidia Earnings, Upcoming Data Lift US Equity Futures Pre-Bell
Nov 20, 2025 6:59 AM

08:19 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- US equity futures were higher pre-bell Thursday as traders digested strong earnings from chipmaker Nvidia ( NVDA ) and awaited the long-delayed September jobs report.

Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were 0.6% higher, S&P 500 futures were up 1.3%, and Nasdaq futures were 1.6% higher.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) reported late Wednesday higher fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue that topped analysts' estimates.

Oil prices were higher, with front-month global benchmark North Sea Brent crude up 1% at $64.15 per barrel and US West Texas Intermediate crude 1% higher at $59.86 per barrel.

The September nonfarm payrolls report is set for release at 8:30 am ET, nearly seven weeks behind schedule due to the 43-day federal government shutdown.
