11:18 AM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TC BioPharm ( TCBP ) said Friday that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel determined to delist the company's shares from the exchange for failing to comply with the minimum bid price requirement.

The company said its shares will be suspended from trading on the Nasdaq at market open March 24.

TC BioPharm ( TCBP ) said it expects its American depositary shares to be eligible to trade on the OTC Markets Monday.

Shares of the company were down over 60% in recent trading.
