Thursday's top brokerage calls: SBI, Bharti Airtel and more

SUMMARY

Among brokerages, Morgan Stanley is bullish on SBI and raised its target price, while UBS is positive on Bharti Airtel post its stake purchase in the DTH arm. Here are the top brokerage calls for today:

Morgan Stanley on SBI: The brokerage is 'overweight' on the stock and raised its target to Rs 600 per share from Rs 525 earlier. It added that the bull case target for the bank is Rs 765 per share. The lender has much option value in earnings and multiples, it noted.

UBS on Bharti Airtel: The brokerage maintains a 'buy' call for the stock with a target at Rs 665 per share. It sees stake purchase in the DTH arm as a positive strategic move.

Citi on IndusInd Bank: The brokerage has a 'buy' call on the stock with a target at Rs 1,300 per share. It raised FY22/FY23 estimates by 3 percent each.

Morgan Stanley on NBFC: The brokerage sees healthy returns for NBFCs in the next one year. AB Cap, PNB Housing, and Shriram City expect provisions to normalise in FY22, it added.
