02:50 PM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Banzai International ( BNZI ) said Thursday it priced an offering of about 13.9 million shares and warrants to buy up to the same number of shares at a combined price of $0.18 apiece and accompanying warrants for gross proceeds of roughly $2.5 million.
The company's shares were down 26%, with intraday trading volume at over 6.1 million versus a daily average of about 452,000.
VerifyMe ( VRME ) said Thursday it now expects the 2024 revenue growth to be in the mid-single digits versus a double-digit growth previously anticipated.
The company expects the gross margin percentage to decline but still anticipates the metric to surpass the year-ago percentage.
The company also said a "large" global carrier customer has informed it will end subcontracting VerifyMe's ( VRME ) logistics service for one of its customers in June.
VerifyMe's ( VRME ) shares were 20% lower, with intraday trading volume at more than 223,000 versus a daily average of about 42,000.

The company's shares were down 7.6% as intraday trading volume rose to over 12.3 million compared with a daily average of about 7.7 million.
