02:12 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sonnet BioTherapeutics ( SONN ) unveiled Thursday a definitive agreement for an immediate exercise of warrants to purchase up to about 2.83 million shares of its common stock at a reduced exercise price of $1.20 per share.

The company had issued the warrants in October 2023.

Shares sank 34.5%, with intraday trading volume at more than 308,000 versus a daily average of about 25,000.

Qualcomm ( QCOM ) agreed to pay $75 million to resolve a shareholder lawsuit over allegations of fraud and anticompetitive sales and licensing practices, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing a preliminary all-cash settlement filed with the federal court in San Diego.

Shares dropped 5.4% as intraday trading volume advanced to over 12.1 million from a daily average of about 8.75 million.

ON Semiconductor (ON) said Wednesday it plans to invest $2 billion to build a semiconductor production facility, expanding its current operations in the Czech Republic.

Shares fell 3.6% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 4.1 million compared with the stock's daily average of about 6.3 million.
