02:07 PM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond Air ( XAIR ) reported a bigger-than-expected fiscal Q4 net loss late Monday.

Shares sank 49%, with intraday trading volume at more than 8.1 million versus a daily average of about 339,000.

Oragenics ( OGEN ) said Tuesday it signed an agreement to sell 1.1 million shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1 apiece.

Shares dropped nearly 24% as intraday trading volume advanced to over 287,000 from a daily average of about 108,000.

Pool (POOL) slashed its full-year earnings outlook and expects declining sales to impact Q2 results as the company sees "persistently weak demand" and sluggish consumer spending.
