02:00 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bluejay Diagnostics ( BJDX ) said Thursday it priced an offering with gross proceeds of about $8.75 million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds to repay outstanding debt due and payable upon consummation of the offering and fund matters related to obtaining regulatory approvals.

Shares sank more than 54%, with intraday trading volume at more than 4.7 million versus a daily average of about 90,000.

CleanSpark (CLSK) said Thursday that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Griid Infrastructure ( GRDI ) in an all-stock deal with a total enterprise value, including the assumption of debt, of $155 million.

Shares of Griid Infrastructure ( GRDI ) lost 48% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 7.9 million versus the stock's daily average of about 3.8 million.

Tonix Pharmaceuticals ( TNXP ) said Thursday it proposes to sell about 7.06 million shares at an offering price of $0.57 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of roughly $4 million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares slumped 41%, with intraday trading volume at over 6.8 million versus a daily average of about 502,000.
