02:24 PM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Mynaric ( MYNA ) shares plunged 54% amid heavy trading after the company widened its loss guidance and cut its revenue outlook for this year because of production delays and costs.

More than 1.3 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 3,500.

Workhorse Group ( WKHS ) reported Tuesday that Q2 sales sank from a year ago after saying in a regulatory filing late Monday that "substantial doubt" exists regarding the company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the issuance of financial statements.

Shares dropped nearly 25% as intraday trading volume rose to over 4.5 million versus a daily average of about 1.1 million.

Estee Lauder ( EL ) reported mixed fiscal Q4 results, with profit surpassing expectations, but the guidance for fiscal 2025 missed consensus, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Tuesday.

Shares slid 3.2% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 6.7 million compared with the stock's daily average of about 3.2 million.
