01:53 PM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) said Wednesday it does not expect to file its annual Form 10-K report on time for the fiscal year that ended June 30.

Additional time is needed for management to complete its assessment of its internal controls over its financial reporting, the company said, adding that it expects to file a notification of late filing on Form 12b-25.

Shares slumped 23%, with intraday trading volume at over 28 million compared with a daily average of about 6.96 million.

Bath & Body Works ( BBWI ) shares declined 8% after the company reported Wednesday lower fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings and net sales.

The company also narrowed its fiscal year 2024 adjusted earnings per share guidance, lowering the higher end of its initial estimate.

More than 5.71 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 3.71 million.

Lululemon Athletica's ( LULU ) 2024 challenges, including recent product-quality issues with their "Breeze Through" leggings line, are expected to lead to a downward revision of earnings per share guidance when the company reports its fiscal Q2 results Thursday, Wedbush said in a note Wednesday.

Shares dropped over 4% as intraday trading volume rose to over 1.87 million versus a daily average of about 2.41 million.
