02:24 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PainReform ( PRFX ) said it signed definitive agreements for the immediate exercise of certain outstanding warrants to purchase up to 989,300 of its shares at a reduced exercise price of $1.60 apiece.

The company originally issued the shares in December 2023 and April 2024, with an exercise price of $4.80 per share.

Shares of the healthcare company slumped 33%, with intraday trading volume at over 637,000 compared with a daily average of about 213,000.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) late on Monday unveiled a $1.35 billion offering of convertible preferred shares.

Shares of the technology giant dropped 6.3% as intraday trading volume rose to over 29.3 million versus a daily average of about 14.2 million.

JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) shares dropped 5.3% after Chief Operating Officer Daniel Pinto said that expectations for the bank's 2025 net interest income "are a bit too high," according to a Capital IQ transcript.

More than 20.7 million shares of the financial service behemoth traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 8.76 million.
