02:09 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Coherus BioSciences ( CHRS ) shares tumbled 20% on Monday after UBS downgraded the stock to neutral from buy and cut its price target to $1.50 from $4.

More than 8 million shares traded intraday versus the stock's daily average of about 1.72 million.

Focus Universal ( FCUV ) said Monday it entered into agreements with a single institutional investor to sell about 3.75 million shares in a registered direct offering at $0.32 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of about $1.2 million.

Shares fell more than 16%, with intraday trading volume at more than 940,000 versus a daily average of about 5.62 million.

Sterling Bancorp ( SBT ) said Monday that it agreed to sell Sterling Bank and Trust to EverBank Financial for $261 million in cash.

Shares of Sterling dropped 19% as intraday trading volume climbed to 207,000, compared with the stock's daily average of about 37,000.
