02:02 PM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pagaya Technologies ( PGY ) said late Wednesday its unit, Pagaya US Holding Company, is planning a $125 million private offering of exchangeable senior notes due Oct. 1, 2029.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to repay secured borrowing under its repurchase agreements, among other things.

Shares of Pagaya Technologies ( PGY ) slumped 25% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 9.3 million from a daily average of roughly 1.17 million.

Concentrix ( CNXC ) reported late Wednesday, as part of its fiscal Q3 results, a cut to its full-year non-GAAP EPS guidance to $11.05 to $11.31 from $11.40 to $12.07. Revenue was projected at $9.59 billion to $9.64 billion versus the June 26 forecast of $9.58 billion to $9.68 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect EPS of $11.71 and sales of $9.63 billion.

Shares dropped 17% as intraday trading volume rose to over 3.4 million from a daily average of about 438,000.

MDxHealth ( MDXH ) said late Wednesday it priced an offering of 20 million shares at $2 apiece for gross proceeds of $40 million. The company intends to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Shares slid 18% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 1.3 million compared with the stock's daily average of about 32,000.
