02:15 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sacks Parente Golf ( SPGC ) said Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of 366,000 of its shares for $732,000 and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and working capital.

Shares slumped nearly 52%, with intraday trading volume at over 557,000 compared with a daily average of about 41,000.

Click Holdings (CLIK), a Hong Kong-based human resources provider, said Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 1.4 million shares at $4 apiece for $5.6 million in gross proceeds.

Shares plunged 41% as intraday trading volume soared to over 2.1 million.

Nisun International Enterprise Development Group ( NISN ) said Wednesday its board approved a buyback plan of up to $15 million of outstanding class A common shares through the next 12 months, and it plans to finance the repurchases through cash and profit from operations.

Shares sank 20% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 995,000 from a daily average of roughly 233,000.
