02:05 PM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rani Therapeutics ( RANI ) said Tuesday it priced a registered direct offering of securities, targeting gross proceeds of about $10 million.

Shares slumped 23%, with intraday trading volume at over 16.7 million compared with a daily average of about 918,000.

Seelos Therapeutics ( SEEL ) disclosed Tuesday that its common stock will no longer trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market because of a failure to comply with the bourse's minimum stockholder's equity requirement under listing rules.

The company expects its common stock to begin trading on Wednesday on the OTCQB.

Shares plunged 46% as intraday trading volume soared to over 1.41 million versus the stock's daily average of about 533,000.

ASML Holding ( ASML ) said in its fiscal Q3 results Tuesday that it expects 2025 net sales of 30 billion euros ($32.75 billion) to 35 billion euros. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ are looking for 35.77 billion euros.

Shares slumped 17% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 7.08 million from a daily average of roughly 1.52 million.
