02:29 PM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vaccinex ( VCNX ) shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange on Wednesday after the company failed to comply with the exchange's rule of maintaining a minimum of $2.5 million in stockholders' equity, Vaccinex ( VCNX ) said Tuesday, citing a notification from the exchange.

Shares slumped 62% following a jump in intraday trading volume to over 618,000 from a daily average of about 110,000.

Reviva Pharmaceuticals Holdings ( RVPH ) said late Monday it priced an offering of 12 million shares along with series A warrants and series B warrants at $1.50 per share and accompanying warrants for gross proceeds of about $18 million.

Shares sank 39%, with intraday trading volume climbing to over 15.1 million versus a daily average of about 1.33 million.

Amentum (AMTM) reported a year-over-year decline late Monday in fiscal Q4 proforma non-GAAP net income and revenue.

Shares slumped 10%, with intraday trading volume at over 3.02 million versus a daily average of about 2.45 million.
